The Rexall™ Network is an integrated health network consisting of the Rexall family of pharmacies. The Network offers employers, their employees and family members services and programs to assist in managing drug benefit costs and their health. Our leading-edge Network is built upon three key building blocks: savings, service and value, providing valuable assets to employers to help offset healthcare costs and the tools to improve employee health.

1. Financial Rewards for you

• Administrative Payments
  Employers who join the Rexall Network are eligible for an administration payment.
• Rexall Drug Formulary & Management
  Our team of experts will work with you to ensure your drug formulary is working to your advantage. Once our team of pharmacists have more information about your drug plan design, they can ensure that your employee's prescription is compliant. By using clinically sound and cost-effective drug therapy our team of pharmacists will have the responsibility and authority to make changes for formulary-related issues such as generic substitution and therapeutic interchange of preferred drugs.
• Reporting
  You will receive drug utilization from the pharmacy level. These reports are designed to augment those you are already receiving from your insurer, providing detailed information on program uptake and incremental prescription counts. This will help you manage your drug plan to ensure you are getting the most from your health benefits.

2. Employee Discount

Your employees will receive a Rexall Network card (co-branded with your company logo), giving them access to a 10% discount on hundreds of Rexall Brand products available at any of our 1,500 stores across Canada.

3. Medication Therapy Management

Through our national scope of Rexall Network pharmacies your employees can access prescriptions and professional services right in their own neighbourhood. Our Rexall pharmacist will counsel your employees on both prescription and non-prescription medications and work to ensure compliance with your drug benefit plan. These services are also available through Canada's national mail-order pharmacy, Rexall™ Direct.

4. Rexall Health On-Site

Rexall Health On-Site provides health promotion and management programs at your workplace on topics tailored to your employees. These include diet and nutrition, cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure and many more. Your company is given two on-site clinics per year provided by a team of pharmacists and healthcare specialists. Additional health initiatives can be provided at your request using your administration payment to offset costs.

5. Marketing Support

When you join the Rexall Network, we will help you launch the program by providing co-branded marketing materials, including your company logo to show that these services are an expansion of your employee's benefits. The Program Launch Package tells your employees all about the Rexall Network and how they benefit from the program. It includes their personal Rexall Network card, giving them access to a 10% discount on Rexall Brand products.
