Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a full refund or an equivalent replacement within 30 days of the original purchase date with the accompaniment of the original sales receipt.
To make a return, please bring your original sales receipt to your nearest Rexall. Refunds or replacements will be issued for the amount shown on the receipt, using the same payment method. If the original payment method isn’t available, a Rexall Gift Card will be issued for the lowest advertised price.
Please note: Prescription medications, lottery tickets, bus passes, phone cards, stamps, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Additional exclusions may apply.
Customers will be asked to sign a refund receipt to confirm the transaction. Any personal information collected during the return process is used strictly for auditing purposes. It is securely stored, with electronic copies deleted at the end of each day and paper copies shredded one year after the return date.

If Be Well points were earned on the original purchase, they will be deducted from the account used in the transaction. Please allow up to 24 hours for this adjustment to appear.
