• By accepting the 125,000 Be Well points ($50 Value), herein referred to as the Gift, each winner agrees to permit Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. and their respective advertising and promotional agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness (including without limitation his/her photograph), and/or his/her voice and statements regarding the Gift, for any advertising or promotional purposes connected with this Gift, in any media whatsoever, including without limitation, on any website operated by the Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. or McKesson Canada Corporation without payment of any kind to the recipient.
• By accepting the Gift, the Recipient releases Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. and McKesson Canada Corporation, and their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from the awarding, acceptance or use of the Gift.
• The Gift shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.
• Refusal to accept the prize releases Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. and McKesson Canada Corporation, and their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, of any responsibility and obligation toward the Recipient.
• All personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, BE WELL ®️️ Program account number, age, and any other information submitted by a recipient, is collected solely for the purpose of administering this Gift giveaway and, except as otherwise provided herein with respect to recipients, shall not be used for any other purpose without consent. By providing this information, recipients consent to it being used for the stated purposes.
• Entrants agree to abide by these Contest rules and by all decisions of Rexall Pharmacy Group and McKesson Canada, which are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.
• If the Be Well card number is not received by April 14, 2022 the prize will be void.
