OFFICAL CONTEST RULES (the “Contest Rules”)
1. CONTEST PARTIES & CONTEST PERIOD: The Sabrina Carpenter Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Scent Beauty (the “Sponsor”) who will supply and fulfill the Prizes to the winners. Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. is the Retail Partner (the “Retail Partner”) and is the owner of the REXALL® and BE WELL™ trademarks and will host and operate the in store component of the Contest, the entry collection, and the entry processing. Promotion Solutions is the independent contest administrator (the “Contest Administrator”) and will manage the draw, the winner declaration, and the day to day contest operations on behalf of the Sponsor and the Retail Partner. The Sponsor is an authorized Sabrina Carpenter reseller in Canada and a licensee of Sabrina Carpenter trademarks for the purposes of the Contest and any Sponsor provided merchandise. The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on December 4, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). 11:59:59 PM EST on December 4, 2025 is the “Contest Closing Date”. The Sponsor, Retail Partner, and Contest Administrator will herein, be collectively referred to as the “Contest Parties”.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, an entrant must be a legal resident of Canada, excluding Quebec and be a registered member of the BE WELL™ Program (a “BE WELL™ Member”) who is at least fourteen (14) years of age at the time of entry and must not be an employee of the Contest Parties or their respective affiliated legal entities or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Contest Rules, “immediate family” means mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and/or legal or common-law spouse. Proof of identification and age must be provided upon request. If you are not already a BE WELL™ Member, you can enroll in the BE WELL™ Program free of charge by visiting www.letsbewell.ca or by downloading the BE WELL™ app and completing the registration process. By enrolling to become a BE WELL™ Member you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the BE WELL™ Program, as amended from time to time. Entrants who are minors (under the age of majority in their province of residence) must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter this Contest. If selected as a winner, the parent or legal guardian must complete and sign all required documentation on the minor's behalf.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest for a chance to win one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Secondary Prize, or one (1) Tertiary Prize. (For complete Prize details, see rule 4). Each qualifying transaction or valid No-Purchase Entry submission as described below constitutes one entry into the Contest (an "Entry").
I. With Purchase: During the Contest Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest every time you scan your registered BE WELL™ Card and make a purchase of at least $60 CAD (pre-tax) on any Sabrina Carpenter Fragrance products (the “Participating Products”), at any of the Retail Partner’s participating Rexall retail stores in Canada. For greater clarity: you will receive one (1) entry per transaction not per Participating Products purchased or total amount spent as long as it meets the minimum purchase of $60 CAD (pre-tax) on Participating Products. For example, if you purchased five (5) Participating Products or spent $120 CAD during one (1) transaction, you will only receive one (1) entry.

Online No Purchase Entry: To participate without purchase, email a no-purchase entry to contests+SabrinaCarpenterContest@promotionsolutions.net with "Sabrina Carpenter Contest" in the subject line (the “No-Purchase Entry”). The No-Purchase Entry email must be sent from the email address registered to your BE WELL™ Member account and must include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, your 19-digit BE WELL™ Member card number, and indicate your favourite Sabrina Carpenter scent. All No-Purchase Entries must be received before the Contest Closing Date.
Each person may receive one (1) entry per day up to a maximum of five (5) Entries during the entire Contest Period, regardless of Entry method or combination of Entry methods used. Proof of delivery does not constitute proof of receipt. The Contest Parties are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. The use of computer programs and other automatic means to submit multiple entries is prohibited.
4. PRIZES: There are three (3) prizes (each a “Prize” or collectively the “Prizes”) available to be won, consisting of one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”), one (1) secondary prize (the “Secondary Prize”), and one (1) tertiary prize (the “Tertiary Prize”) which are as follows: [All Prizes are provided by the Sponsor unless expressly stated otherwise].
I. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of (i) one (1) Sabrina Carpenter branded jacket with an approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of $300 CAD; (ii) a selection of Sabrina Carpenter fragrances (selection determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) with a total ARV of $735 CAD; and (iii) a selection of Sabrina Carpenter Tour merchandise (selection determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) with a total ARV of $500 CAD. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,530 CAD.
II. SECONDARY PRIZE: There is one (1) Secondary Prize available to be won, consisting of (i) one (1) Sabrina Carpenter branded jacket with an ARV of $300 CAD; and (ii) a selection of Sabrina Carpenter fragrances (selection determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) with a total ARV of $365 CAD. The total ARV of the Secondary Prize is $665 CAD.
III. TERTIARY PRIZE: There is one (1) Tertiary Prize available to be won, consisting of (i) one (1) Sabrina Carpenter vinyl record with an ARV of $50 CAD; and (ii) a selection of Sabrina Carpenter fragrances (selection determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) with a total ARV of $365 CAD. The total ARV of the Tertiary Prize is $415 CAD.
Limit of one (1) Prize per person during the Contest Period. The actual retail value of the Prize(s) may vary, and any remaining difference between actual and approximate retail value will not be awarded.
5. PRIZE DRAWS: Three (3) consecutive random draws will be held to determine the Grand Prize Selected Entrant, the Secondary Prize Selected Entrant, and the Tertiary Prize Selected Entrant (each a “Selected Entrant”) on December 9, 2025 (the “Draw Date”) starting at approximately 11:00 AM EST at the office of the Contest Administrator in Oakville, Ontario from among all eligible Entries received by the Contest Closing Date.
The odds of being selected are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received. For the purposes of these Contest Rules, the Selected Entrant is the individual in whose name the BE WELL™ card is registered; this is the individual to whom the applicable Prize will be awarded if they are selected and confirmed a winner.
6. PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Each Selected Entrant will be notified by email by the Contest Administrator (the “Email Notification”) within two (2) business days of the Draw Date. The Email Notification will include a mathematical skill-testing question and Declaration and Release Form (the "Release Form"), both of which must be completed and returned within two (2) business days of the date and time stamp of the Email Notification.
A Selected Entrant will be disqualified if they: (a) cannot be reached by email within two (2) business days of the first notification; (b) fail to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the required timeframe; (c) fail to return the properly executed Release Form within the required timeframe; or (d) are otherwise found to be ineligible or in violation of these Contest Rules.
If a Selected Entrant is disqualified, another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entries. This process will continue until all Prize winners are confirmed or there are no more eligible Entries, whichever occurs first.
The Contest Parties will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a Selected Entrant.
7. WINNER DECLARATION: By completing and returning the Release Form and correctly answering the skill-testing question, the Selected Entrant confirms compliance with these Contest Rules, acknowledges that the Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred, releases the Contest Parties, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against all liability in connection with the Contest, participation in the Contest, and/or the awarding, use and misuse of the Prize or any component of the Prize, and consents to the use of their name, address (city and province/territory), and/or photographs, without further notice or remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Contest Parties with respect to the Contest. The Release Form must be returned to the Contest Administrator.
8. GENERAL RULES
8.1 Upon receipt and verification of the Release Form(s) and correct answer to the skill-testing question by the Contest Administrator, the Grand Prize, Secondary Prize, and/or Tertiary Prize will be shipped by the Sponsor to the winner’s address as it appears on their Release Form within 4-6 weeks. Prize fulfilment will be performed by the Sponsor. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the winner, courier or Canada Post delays, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party responsible for fulfilment.
8.2 By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that if selected as a winner, they will permit the Sponsor and Retail Partner and their respective advertising and promotional agencies to use the winner’s name, likeness (including without limitation their photograph), voice, biographical information, and statements regarding the Contest, for any advertising or promotional purposes connected with this Contest, in any and all media whatsoever now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation, on any website or social media platform operated by or on behalf of the Sponsor and Retail Partner in perpetuity, without further notice or payment of any kind to the winner.
8.3 The Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and has no cash surrender value. Prizes may not be exactly as advertised and cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted by the winner, except at the Contest Parties’ sole discretion. The Contest Parties reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability (see rule 8.4).
8.4 The determination of whether to provide a substitute prize and the nature of any such substitute shall be made by the Sponsor and/or Retail Partner in its sole and absolute discretion; provided that the Sponsor may act through its agent, Promotion Solutions (the Contest Administrator), in exercising such discretion.
8.5 Refusal to accept a Prize releases the Releasees of any responsibility and obligation toward the winner. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, fees, and other charges associated with prize acceptance and use.
8.6 The Releasees assume no liability resulting from: (i) losses, delays, typographical errors, poor technical or phone operations, loss or stealing of data, breach of software or computer equipment, losses of communication facilities, text messages or e-mails, or fraudulent entries; (ii) any failure of the BE WELL™ Program during the Contest period; (iii) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software or their telecom and software vendors; (iv) failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor or the Contest Administrator; ; (v) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or cell phone related to or resulting from participating or attempting to participate in the Contest, or their telecom and software vendors. . Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and the Retail Partner reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. All entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, forged, mechanically reproduced, generated by robotic programming or other automated means, falsified, or tampered with in any way. The Sponsor and Retail Partner reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Contest Rules or who attempts to (i) enter the Contest through any means other than as described in these Contest Rules; (ii) disrupt the Contest; or (iii) undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices.
8.7 The Releasees assume no liability of any kind whatsoever in any cases in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including more particularly a strike, lock-out or any other labour dispute in its place of business or the location of any other relevant third party.
8.8 All personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, BE WELL™ Program account number, age, and any other information submitted with an entry, is collected solely for the purpose of administering this Contest. Personal information may be shared between the Contest Parties for the purposes of entry processing, verification, winner selection, draw management, and prize fulfilment. Except as otherwise provided herein with respect to winners and contest administration, personal information shall not be used for any other purpose without consent. By providing this information, entrants consent to it being used for the stated purposes and shared between the Contest Parties as described above.
8.9 Entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and by all decisions of the Contest Parties, which are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries, except to the extent expressly reserved to another party herein.
8.10 The Contest Rules are available by logging on to https://www.rexall.ca/sabrina-carpenter-contest during the Contest Period.
8.11 This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. All questions relating to the development, validity, interpretation and binding nature of these Contest Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, the Retail Partner, and the Contest Administrator relating to this Contest shall be governed and interpreted in compliance with the laws in the province of Ontario and Canadian laws effective therein, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
8.12 This Contest is administered by Promotion Solutions (the Contest Administrator) on behalf of the Sponsor (Scent Beauty) and the Retail Partner (Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.).
