Walk-ins are welcome. Rexall Pharmacists are ready to assist with your health and wellness at our Pharmacy Clinic. Our Pharmacists are accessible and knowledgeable to assess and treat your symptoms and conditions. We can provide a prescription, based on assessment, to help reduce your symptoms and/or prevent them from occurring again. We can also make referrals to your doctor, other primary care provider, or emergency facilities.

Upon arrival at our pharmacist-led walk-in clinic at Rexall Stoneybrook, please check in with our receptionist.
Once you have checked in, our receptionist will provide you with an intake form to collect necessary details, such as personal information, health coverage, and the reason for your visit. This information helps us create your profile. While you wait, you are welcome to shop in-store or use our HealthAssist Kiosk to measure vital signs such as blood pressure, oxygen levels, and body temperature.
When it’s your turn, the clinical pharmacist practitioner will escort you to one of our private exam rooms and proceed with your visit. Depending on your healthcare needs, this may involve obtaining relevant medical history, conducting a thorough examination, performing diagnostic tests, or administering vaccinations.
At the end of your visit, the pharmacist will review your results and provide instructions and recommendations. If a prescription is required, we can conveniently fill it on-site at Rexall Stoneybrook, or provide the prescription directly to you. Our dispensing pharmacist will also be available to answer any questions you may have about your medication.
With your permission, the clinical pharmacist can send a copy of your visit summary to your primary care provider to support continuity of care.
In situations where the service you require is beyond our scope of practice, our clinical pharmacist can arrange a virtual consultation with a physician during the same visit or recommend a nearby healthcare provider who may be able to assist.
Most routine services will be covered by the provincial healthcare system unless otherwise stated. If you are not covered by the provincial health system, you may still receive care at our pharmacy clinic, however, a charge may be applicable for some services.
Currently, our Ontario pharmacist-led walk-in clinics primarily serves patients within Ontario only. We are unable to provide virtual care services to patients outside of Ontario due to regulatory limitations.
No, appointments are not required to visit the Stoneybrook Walk-In Pharmacy Clinic. We operate as a pharmacy walk-in clinic, allowing you to receive care without needing to schedule an appointment. Simply visit the clinic during its operating hours and our staff will be happy to assist you. You also have the option to book an appointment online.
