Your Rexall Pharmacist’s mission is to provide care which is more than a prescription. We can offer you guidance and support about your coverage options, and clinical information on your medication and condition, including how to administer and/or manage your medications. Our Specialty Pharmacy Services Team is your single point of contact to help you navigate your specialty treatment journey. We understand that managing complex health conditions can be challenging, so we make the process simple.
We coordinate with your healthcare provider to manage your specialty prescriptions. We assist in coordinating your benefits with your insurance provider and if available, work with the manufacturers’ financial assistance program to reduce your out of pocket payments. If you need help administering your specialty medications, your Rexall Pharmacist can administer it for you, depending on their provincial scope, and/or instruct you on how to self-administer or take them at home.

Support & Education
Your Rexall Pharmacist can help you navigate your rare and/or complex health conditions such as auto-immune diseases like, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, Crohn’s & Colitis, and Multiple sclerosis, Migraines, Respiratory Illnesses (Asthma & COPD), Osteoporosis, and Diabetes, among others. We offer ongoing support and education so you can better understand your condition and how to manage it.
Exceptional Customer Service
We care for you so that you can focus on what matters most: you. Our Pharmacist Care Team is here to help connect you to your pharmacist for in-person or online support. You can walk in to speak with a Rexall Pharmacist in-person, or book an appointment online to speak to a virtual doctor over the phone or virtually. Our Reimbursement Specialists work with you to minimize your out-of-pocket costs. And, our Procurement Support Teams ensure you have access to the specialty prescriptions you need when you need them.
Flexibility & Choice
You can’t choose your condition, so we give you the choice of how you want to receive support, online or in the pharmacy. You can also choose your preferred language for support with our medical interpretation services. Plus, with Rexall Direct, you can have your specialty prescriptions shipped directly to your door or pick them up at your local Rexall Pharmacy.
